"While Puget Systems isn't the cheapest builder around, I've found I prefer the choices they offer for their systems over other builders I looked at. There are sufficient choices available to allow choosing the system I want, without so many choices that analysis paralysis sets in. Moreover, there are no hideous rainbow glowy bits on my system - I want something unobtrusive that does its job rather than a glowing alien monstrosity, and that's what I have.

Customer Service checked with me to make sure my options were going to do what I wanted and offered to answer further questions or provide additional assistance - though nothing further was needed in my case.

Build time was within the estimate provided up front, and there were no issues with shipping. I received my new system in the expected time frame, and have had no issues with it to this point.

A simple set of choices that let me get what I wanted without trying to overload with unnecessary complexity, good customer service, and a working system at the end of it. This is my second Puget Systems computer, and the previous was still going strong after five years; I'm quite pleased with them."
