Pathetic at best

"I made an appointment. At least 5 times I told them if not today, I need to call someone else. No problem, between 5 &6 pm. They called at 4 pm, we aren't gong to make it. I asked 4 times to speak to a manager. I was ignored, then they hung up on me. Stay away if you know what is good for you. Stay away, you have been warned."

Quick and easy

"We had a leak coming from the refrigerator and I was able to book an appointment for the next day online, which was super convenient. We got updates of when the technician was coming and who it would be. They came to look at our refrigerator and figured out the problem immediately. They fixed it in less than half an hour. It was a quick and easy process. Thank you! "

HORRIBLE COMPANY

"This is hands down the WORST company to do business with!! Took a day off work for a 12:00 appointment. Tried calling several times and was left on hold until they picked up and hung up 3 times!! Someone finally called at 1:45 saying they would have to reschedule to another day! Complete waste of my tome and no service what so ever!!! Would NEVER recommend for ANYTHING!"

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS

"STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!
I found Puls online and was super excited same day service?!? How is it possible?.... well… it’s not. I booked my service for 3-4 PM Sunday 8/18/19 at 4:20 PM (20 mins past the window) I received a phone call from my tech saying “Hey I’m at a commercial job all night can I come tomorrow morning?” Well no… I work tomorrow morning, that’s the point of me scheduling it for the weekend and same day. I begrudgingly re-scheduled for Tuesday 8/20/19 5-6 PM. At 5:59 on Tuesday I received a call from my tech saying “Hey I’m closing up my shop I’m headed over to you.” I then received a call from the customer service call center saying (clearly an outsourced call site in a different country) “I’m sorry your tech has been suspended we can reschedule tomorrow.” I was irate and said I wanted to talk to a manger. A manager came on and said I’m so sorry your tech is not currently suspended he was suspended before. I said “so you’re telling me that you sent someone deemed not good enough for your company to my home. Someone that has been suspended?” They replied he took the job when he was not suspended so it’s okay he is on the way, at this point I had no idea who was walking into my home whether he was suspended, or not, if he had been suspended because of me and would confront me, it made me wildly uncomfortable. (I dealt with Wind and Mar at the call center.) At 6:33 I received a text from Puls saying “Your tech has arrived” at 6:48 I got a call from my tech saying “I’m about two minutes away.” FINALLY at 6:55 (nearly an hour late) my tech arrived. Proceeded to not be able to hang my tv and left. I hung my TV myself, as well as the shelf underneath it. The only reason I hired someone in the first place is based on price point, and essentially the insurance that IF something were to go wrong with the process liability is not on myself but someone else. To say I am speechless would be an understatement. Did I mention I emailed the customer service ****@**** on 8/18/19, 8/19/19, and 8/20/19 and never received an email back in regards to my complaints? This company is clearly an Uber/Lyft hybrid of contracted handymen where the bottom line for the company is bloated by low overhead costs through the outsourcing of customer service overseas. If you want something done right, find a local handyman keep your money in your community, or go to the store buy a stud finder, a level, and four anchors and do it yourself.

No service after 3 days

"So I decided after 3 days to call the quits, originally I scheduled for Sunday evening and then give me a message Sunday night minutes before that they can’t make it out and we’ll need to reschedule for Monday. Well the same thing happened on Monday and then again on Tuesday all about 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment. Very unprofessional. Watch out you’ve been warned."

Terrible terrible service

"Wasted an entire day waiting on the phone and all efforts were fruitless. A technician never came and no one you speak with at Puls is worth any help. Don’t waste your day with this awful company! "

Terrible!

"Terrible service. Scheduled my appointment for Wednesday between 12-1. At 1 no one had called or shown up so I called and was told no one would be coming out. I rescheduled for the following day from 9-10. This time they called me and told me once again I would have to reschedule because they couldn't get anyone out today. They offered a discount but only on the inspection, but inspection cost goes towards the repair cost so if you do the math its not a discount at all.
I would not recommend at all. Called the next service company on google had a way better experience.

Do not use this company

"Do not use this company. Service tech came to my house did not look at back of fridge or take anything apart. Opened fridge door said he needed a hair dryer. Borrowed my hair dryer. Blew the hair dryer in the fridge for about ten minutes and proclaimed it fixed. Of course it wasn’t. Called them back because you have a 90 day guarantee. Well first there’s a form to fill out. Then it has to go to their review committee to approve them to come back out. Finally, two days later they approve another visit. Make an appointment, they don’t show. Three hours past appointment time they call. They don’t have any techs in my area. Need to reschedule. Okay, reschedule ( by now it’s several days past the original service date. I’m still without a fridge, all my groceries are ruined) once again they don’t show. They call again, can they come later. No techs in the area. Asked for my money back so I can hire a reliable, honest company and get my fridge fixed. Fill out a form. Form goes to review committee. Several days later I get an email. No you can’t have your money back you are still in the guarantee time period. They sure had techs available when they wanted my money. Now they have my money no one is ever available. I’d also like to add there are no phone numbers to contact these people. There is an email address. They will contact you, which after the denial no one else has offered to make another appointment, not that I want one with their dishonest service. The tech arrived in his personal car, no repair equipment or anything, wearing a T-shirt with PULS on it. It’s the most unprofessional, dishonest, unreliable company I have ever come across. I wouldn’t even give them one star except there is no option for zero stars.
