"Puls has no idea what an appointment is. The time window they give you means nothing even the day is irrelevant to them. I have never dealt with a more disorganized company. After moving into a new house I discovered my dishwasher was not working. I set up an appointment with Puls for the next day from 8am to 9am. At 9:05am they phoned and said they did not have a technician that could come by until 12pm to 1pm. The technician came by then and didn't do anything. He turned on our tap and told us it was a water pressure issue and to call a plumber. We had a plumber in the next day to find out our water pressure was fine but he discovered there were small pieces of rubber that had broken off a valve that were likely clogging the water intake to the dishwasher. He replaced the part for us and told us we would need an appliance repair person it to clean the clog out. We called Puls again and set up an appt for the next day between 10am to 11am, which my husband stayed home from work for. Around 10am they called us and told us they were not able to get a technician that day and would call us the next day to let us know when a technician could come. We clearly told them we had an appointment for 10am to 11am and we expected someone that day. Of course, we didn't hear back from them until the following day when they called to tell us they still didn't have a technician that day and asked about the following day. At this point I had already set up an appointment with a different appliance repair company. Do not use Puls, save yourself the headache and search elsewhere.
