Because PT demonstrated good follow up to my complaint and eventually did ship my order, I will adjust the rating and give them another shot next time I'm in need of parts for my Triumph."
"Bad experience order with these people. Ordered on December 6, and sent many emails to them that if you can't deliver on December 22, please do not ship. Since there will be no one to pick up the package. No one reply. keep emailing but still no one reply.
1 week later make a phone called. Lady pick up the phone and I was asking for my order. She said still waiting for some more to come, so I told her that I want to cancel my order. She acknowledge and I hung up the phone. A week later I found out they charged on my credit card and said that they shipped out my order.
Nobody to pick up the package and until now nothing arrive. Never ever order with them again. Very bad communication. Sent many emailed never get any reply back. Beware...
Got contacted from Chris the owner of PT to solve all the problems i had. It was so nice of him to take care all the issue and give back $20 coupon for recent order. Thanks Chris."

"I ordered a Tidy Tail for my bike. According "my account" info on the site, my order was processed the day I ordered it, my credit card was then charged 2 days later, but when I called the company a week later looking for my part, the girl on the phone informed me it has been back-ordered. When I asked her to refund my money, she informed me there may be a re-stock fee because it was now a "special order". Special to who? Are you kidding me? There were no notations anywhere on the site or my account regarding a back-order or "special order", and thats funny, because according to the website, the tidy tail for the 07+ street triple is in stock right now, TODAY, even after she told me it wasn't. They had no problem charging my card without shipping anything or telling me it was back-ordered. I never received an email at anytime, not when I ordered, not when they "back-ordered" my item. And she wants to charge me a re-stock fee!? Outrageous. I will see if my card get actually gets "credited" today. I have no doubt I will be calling back tomorrow looking for my money. Scetchy business, I will not shop here again."

"Serious problems delivering and customer service. Dave from Pure-Triumph confirm me that my order was shipped and after 6 (six) days I haven’t received it. I just call him and now he told me that it might be held at the post office and that they can`t do nothing, so it is my problem now !! So, now I am back in Mexico trying to find my stuff, after waiting for 2 week after my purchase in San Antonio."
