I am what purity products calls a VIP. I’ve been buying regularly the same order for over two years. Apparently, they had a temporary break in availability. So, without warning they simply stopped shipping that product to me. Zero communication that hey don’t worry it’s only temporary will be back. Nope. They want you to call them. So that they can take a chance on up selling you. This happens over and over with this company. I gave them one star because of their poor behavior customer service. I gave them a second star only because they do have great products.And I didn’t give them a third star because those products are so ungodly expensive."
