So far I am not impressed. I placed an order on December 2. Item was out of stock but expected to ship late December. It is late December now and the item has not shipped yet, but the order is already considered "complete." I'm a bit surprised that they've made no attempt to contact me with any status update, however, they're sending me promotional emails nearly every day. Today I received an email from them, telling me to "complete my order and save 30% plus shipping." Too bad it's already considered complete or I'd gladly take advantage of the discount."

"Same as usual...always somewhat difficult to use website, obtain discounts, and I find the whole process consumer "unfriendly"....
Also, I don't need phone calls to solicit orders. I'll order when I'm ready and need a product...never responding to phone calls.
It's always seem a "hassle" to order and deal with Purity Products. I'm always glad when my orders arrive, and, to date mine hasn't arrived.
