"I am already receiving emails to repurchase a product which I charged and never received. Can you believe that. I called customer service and was on hold for almost an hour....I had to tell customer service to split my order due to one item being out of stock. You would think the company would send out the items they had in stock. It appeared as though they weren't even away of my order. The not so funny thing about the experience is how they were pressing me to purchase other items while you aren't able to deliver on the items which are already paid for. SMH!!!!"
