Shipping was on time. The problem I have is I paid for Signature delivery. In this point in time with porch pirates this is a
requirement. I found my package laying on the ground at the top of the driveway. Thankfully it was not on the porch. I would
appreciate a refund for the signature delivery fee. I have yet to open the parcel. Hopefully it is all there.

"Was I shocked or surprised at the kind of customer service I recently received from Pyramyd Air? Absolutely not. My buddy has been purchasing .177 & .22 Co2 bb and pellet guns from them for a few years now. He has shared his experiences with me, and they were always positive.
Now, that I've hopped on that wagon, purchasing items from Pyramid was easy, and pleasant to find items I was looking for.
I've been most impressed with the way they handle returns, defective items, or purchases that need to go back for various different reasons. I really like the way they handle returns, I think thats the main thing customers look for in a company before they purchase. How is the return policy.
Lets face it, BB guns break over time, Pellet guns go out for no apparent reason. Having Pyramyd Air respond to RMA's in 1 day is huge for me, as a consumer , and as a customer of P.A. I have nothing but great receptive representatives help me with any issues I have had concerning any of there product. They stand behind it 100%.
