"Was I shocked or surprised at the kind of customer service I recently received from Pyramyd Air? Absolutely not. My buddy has been purchasing .177 & .22 Co2 bb and pellet guns from them for a few years now. He has shared his experiences with me, and they were always positive.
Now, that I've hopped on that wagon, purchasing items from Pyramid was easy, and pleasant to find items I was looking for.
I've been most impressed with the way they handle returns, defective items, or purchases that need to go back for various different reasons. I really like the way they handle returns, I think thats the main thing customers look for in a company before they purchase. How is the return policy.
Lets face it, BB guns break over time, Pellet guns go out for no apparent reason. Having Pyramyd Air respond to RMA's in 1 day is huge for me, as a consumer , and as a customer of P.A. I have nothing but great receptive representatives help me with any issues I have had concerning any of there product. They stand behind it 100%.

Yesterday, Sunday ,I ordered the Air Venturi Avenger along with a Nova 3 Compressor and 13 other parts and pieces for starters, including 4 different types of pellets, targets, cleaning kit, Silicone Oils and other things. I still want to order a good pellet trap and other items. Somewhat expensive for the initial set up. But I feel it will all be worthwhile in the long run. Might as well do it right from the start. Really no more expensive than getting into golf or fishing. Waiting now for the shipments to start. Hope to get everything within a week or so. "

"I was looking at dealer websites to search for the best price on my first PCP rifle. I knew that Pyramid Air was a reliable sight and looked there after a couple others. Right at first I was offered $10 off any order. OK that helps. The price was also good, so I decided to order. My order came with some free silhouett targets and a can of pellets which sweetened the deal even more. I also ordered a variety of pellets. At checkout I noticed my $10 off was missing but didn't feel like going back for $10 on a $500 order. I would have given 5 stars if they had delivered on their promise. Maybe you'll have better luck with that. I hope that they are good to deal with for any future orders or concerns."
