"I purchased the I-Extreme iPod Docking to Mini Plug Cable and the I-Extreme iPod Docking to Stereo RCA Cable. Prior to my purchase, I had a few questions regarding iPod compatibility and my e-mail to RAM Electronics was answered promptly and thoroughly. When the cables arrived, the first thing I noticed is how well-made they are. I connected them and they both work beautifully. I can now use my iPod with my home stereo. The other cord I use in my car. I have the auxiliary input and prior to buying this cord, I used a mini plug connector to the iPod headphone jack. Using my other cord, I had to turn the volume way up to hear the iPod. After using the RAM docking to mini plug connector, what a difference in sound!!! It's clearer, louder, and just blows away using the headphone jack cord!!! RAM Electronics is highly recommended!!!"

"This is the first time I ordered from RAM - Processing the order was easy, my order arrived promptly within adequate packaging. The product listing on RAM's website contained the manufacturer's information - unfortunately the quality of the product was not satisfactory. I returned the product promptly - RAM electronics includes with the order all information required to return a purchase. Considering how well the purchase process was handled I am surprised that it has been over a week since RAM has received my return and that I had not received an email confirming that my refund has been processed. All things considered I would order from this company again.
