"After waiting for over a month to receive a sync cable for my Samsung phone I began to inquire about my shipment. I tried to contact RPI Wireless's telephone customer service but was given an automated run-a-round that always ended in an abrupt hang-up. I immediately began to suspect fraud and began a little on-line investigation of RPI Wireless. Luckily, I stumbled upon RessellerRatings.com and began reading through the multitude of negative comments from other consumers who had been ripped off by RPI Wireless. Thanks to ResellerRatings.com I was now aware that I had been cheated and immediately filed a fraud report with PayPal, the on-line payment service which I had used to purchase the product. Within thirty days PayPal contacted me vie e-mail notifying me that they had decided in my favor as well as recovered and reimbursed the total RPI Wireless charge back to my PayPal account! "Ordered cable from them on Dec 17, 2004. After repeated emails and phone calls to an automatic phone system that looped, so that you couldn't get a hold of a real person. I called my bank to report them to the fraud dept.I guess the bank was able to contact them and got them to ship the cable. Tried to contact them through their email, online support, and their useless phone system without sucess. Since I used a debit card instead of a credit card, I guess I'll have to write off this experience. As others have said, RPIwireless is the worst online retailer that I've ever dealt with."
"I placed my order on July 28th and after waiting several weeks, I attempted to call and email RPI Wireless every couple of days to determine what the status was. I only got voice mail, and no response from my emails.
Finally I received an email stating it was shipping "tomorrow" via USPS, but it didn't arrive for another couple weeks. I did eventually receive the cable after 5 weeks, but their lack of communication and poor handling of shipment prompts me to recommend NOONE PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY."

I have never received my order. The phone number listet on the web site is a fake - no response.
e-mail addresses are not valid. Online helo is permanently offline. The onle phone # from the credit card statement accepts messages - no one calls back. Looks like a fraud."

I am in the process of disputing the charge. They are a very bad company as you will see from the other posts."

"My experience has been much like the others here, placed order, credit card was billed next day, haven't heard from RPI since. Unable to contact them by phone, email or live support. I plan to contact my CC company as well as the BBB to report them. Although I found on the BBB that I won't be the first to file a complaint against them.
To update my exprience, the BBB claims to have made contact with RPI and of course RPI informed them that they'd be issuing a refund and sending me the cable I originally ordered...of course they didn't. The case is still pending resolution with the BBB. I was able to get my bank to do a charge back on my credit card so I didn't lose any money but at this point it's the principle. I want this company off the web and out of business."
"Order 45 days old with no product and no feedback. Will not respond to e-mail inquiries. Cannot contact by phone as phone tree is bogus (circular - all options bounce back to the main menu). I am filing a claim with my CC company. Stay clear of these guys; they are bogus!"
