"I placed an order for a NP4-12 YUASA Battery for our Home Security System. I placed my order on 7/7/11. Jerry phoned me the next day to tell me he was out of stock but would upgrade my order to a better battery at no extra cost and would send it out that afternoon. Because they are located just 70 miles away I expected delivery in 2 or 3 days. A week later I used their web chat feature to learn the package had been returned because the address was incorrect. I verified my original order and the address was correct. I was assured that it would be corrected and sent out immediately. The package finally arrived on July 19th which is 12 days after I ordered. However, in fairness to Rage Battery, everyone I spoke with was very professional and apologetic! I feel I received good value and would recommend them in spite of my shipping difficulty."
