"My ordering experience with rave ready has been a nightmare. I ordered one set of LED poi balls on 07/19/2011, it is now 9/02/2011, almost two months after i ordered them and i have still not received the package. I had to email them 4 times in order to get a response back saying that they were on back order and should be here within the next two weeks and it has been two weeks and my order is STILL NOT HERE. I am unbelievably dissatisfied and i wish i could cancel my order and receive a refund and order from somewhere else."

"Love the product! Been wanting fluffies for a while now! Although, it took about a month to come in :( I'm assuming it's because its festival season though, and they're getting a lot of orders. I ordered a tshirt a while back that came in right away!"

"I love the infinity light tunnle that I got. It also got to my house in four days. I incorperate it into my light shows and it seems to get some pretty good reactions. It's funny to see ppl randomly stop and stare at it in the middle of the dance floor."

"Took a month to receive my order that was still missing half the items. I had tried to contact RR several times and only received two responses two weeks after submitting them.

To this date, I am still missing an item. I have not received a response as to where it is; is it still on back order? Are they going to send it within the next two weeks like they claimed?

Im satisfied with the product, but the service is a joke.

"I placed an order in early June. After 3 weeks, I began emailing them. They told me the item was on back order and that I would not be charged until it shipped. At the end of the month they charged my card for $35.99, but no shipping confirmation. I emailed again, and again. The response was always, "the item is on back order" So finally after a month I begged them to cancel my order and refund my money. I was told I would be refunded in the following week. It is now August, and I still have no item, and no refund. When oh when will they give me my money back? Maybe after I hire a lawyer? I don't know what else to do but warn all who might order from them. Give me my money back you jerks!"

"Stay far, far away from this company. My order has been processing for 2 weeks! No answer to emails. They are freaking LED Poi, not custom made clothing! They need negative numbers for this company, because 1 is way to high to rate them.

"If time is not of the essence, go ahead and order from them. Honestly, I shopped with them because they were about 10 dollars cheaper than Liquidblue and other rave stores. And now I know why. It took them about two weeks to process my order. That should scare you off right now.

On top of that, when the order did change to 'shipping' I read through the info of the shipping info and they only sent the -information- of the package. Not the actual package itself, -no-.

Please, please, don't order from these guys. Save yourself the trouble and go with a more respectable company that has their act together.

By the way, they don't have a phone number to contact as far as I can see. Everything is e-mail. Don't do it.

Edit: Finally got my order on 7/27/2011 but, to no surprise, the product wasn't up to my standards. The bandanna I ordered had a broken zip line on it so I can't tighten it (granted it's not fully useless since I can just tie a knot with the bandanna). And the gloves I ordered are way~ too small for my hands. Luckily I can squeeze them in after some very precise hand work but they're pretty tiny.

I'm just glad I got my stuff, I'll do my research next time.

"This company is a piece of crap, honestly. They have terrible customer service, could care less about how long their orders take, and sometimes just completely ignore any order you placed meaning that you won't get it AT ALL even after they charge your credit card. I placed my order in February. It is now almost July and I haven't received my order. They don't answer my e-mails and are ignoring me completely. When I told them I would be calling the credit card company to declare it fraud, their exact words were, "We will fight back". DO NOT waste your time with this company at all. They are a waste of money and a scam. I have never dealt with a company as bad as RaveReady before. AVOID."

"I wasnt satisfied at all with my raveready experience. I still havent received my order, customer service wont reply to my emails, there's not even a phone number to contact them if there's a problem (which there is a BIG one) and what kind of site doesn't give a tracking number with your order? Its ridiculous. And on top of all that I cant even cancel the order to get my money back because it claims that "the order is in the final stages of processing." Bullsh** its said that for over a week. Basically, I will never shop at this site again."

"To be honest I've always heard bad things about Rave Ready and BeatDropsCloset. I've always been told that their customer service is rude, the shipping is insanely delayed, and overall they just don't keep up with their stock. I've had a lot of trouble with BeatDropsCloset in the past, and from my understanding both shops are run by the same company. So far however, my items from Rave Ready almost immediately shipped, now..if they get here on time is the question, but the site was easy to navigate and understand, although they need a better area to explain shipping options. Either way, I'm sure my items will arrive on time. BeatDropsCloset however..yeah..I ordered two tops from them, one they explained to me was on backorder AFTER I had ordered it, so I had to wait about a month and a half for one of the tops, it winded up not fitting me properly, but meh, different shop. I'm just skeptical of the two. But so far, Rave Ready hasn't done me wrong "

" It will take over a month to receive your order. They're website will tell you "ships in 7-10 days"; 23 days later you are sitting with your order still not shipped going, "WTF". Customer Service is rude and it takes them at least three days to get back to you in which case they will tell you if you had read the description correctly you would know the outfits are made to order and to please allow them time to finish making the outfit and for out of country shipping.
I read and re-read the description of my outfit and no where did it say it would take four weeks to make it and two for shipping. The only warnings it had were, "may take up to two weeks to ship" and ,"availability: ships in 7-10 days ."
I still haven't heard back from them after five e-mails. I also still do not have my stuff and my on- line account states they are still processing my order a month later. Do yourself a favor don't spend your money with these people. It's a rip off, and they're not worth dealing with.

"They will take weeks to PROCESS your order. Our daughter had a couple of school dances coming up over a 3 week period and was hoping to receive an LED shirt in time for both. After two weeks we sent an email. After 3 weeks we received a reply saying they hadn't processed yet. We were able to cancel, but lesson learned. We could have ordered the same shirt from Amazon.com, which we eventually did, and they shipped immediately. Reading the rest of these reviews, this seems to be a MAJOR issue for them."

"It has been very exiting waiting with my tickets on hand for Nocturnal but also very disaponted because I dont have my Amok Black Hurricane Pants, Boras Black with White Dragon Shoes - Ships in 3 weeks!, Midnight Multicolored LED Gloves, Rainbow Spiral T Equalizer Shirt, Silver Cyber Goggles and my Weed Bracelet. I already paid for all this on one order and even the website raveready.com states that the shirt and bracelet have been shipped 2 weeks ago by Priority Mail witch takes 2 to 3 days to deliver as per usps.com.

At this point the office manager is tired of seen me every day when I go look for my packages, I have seen her giving me the stinky eye or she is just mad cause she cant get any of this ;)

The order was made on 03/24/2011 and my card was charged the next day. I wish I had seen this websites comments about raveready.com before I ordered from them.

I still have some hope that I can get my stuff on time. See you at Nocturnal 4/29/2011.
