It took them a month to ship me my item (and they shipped it just after I emailed them inquiring about the order) and then another month to actually get to me and one of my gloves doesn't work at all. I had to get my credit card company involved as this is technically fraudulent business practices. Seriously save yourself the trouble and order from any other raving site!"

"Very disappointed with their customer service! It took two weeks before item was shipped. And just so happened to be right after I sent an email asking why it hadn't shipped yet. I sent another email 4 days later explaining my disappointment. As of yet no response to either email. Today, 22 days after order date, I received package minus the free t-shirt that was to be included with the purchase. Called this time and of course it went to voicemail."

"While the website is easy to navigate, I had a very hard time receiving my item. This is the second time I've used the site and both times I had to consult support to learn the status of my item; however, on the second order, I didn't ever hear back from the support line, do joke's on me. Furthermore, the accesory I ordered with my second shipment was not included, an issue that has yet to be resolved. All in all, even with their large selection and easy to use website, I can not recommend their site while others with better customer service exist. Two stars out of five."
"I ordered something from this company for my dughter for Christmas on 12/4. It's now 12/23 and I still have not received it. Obviously it is not going to make it by Christmas. I called last week and they said that it had just shipped even though their website said it shipped 3 weeks ago. I am in the US and the customer service rep said it was shipping from England. She said as soon as it reached the US the tracking info would show up. A week later and there is still NOTHING. I sent them an email yesterday and told them I would NEVER be ordering from them again. Their prices are ridiculous as well."
"The customer service is horrendous. I ordered some devil sticks on 11/28 and on 12/12 I recieved a tube of poster sized family photographs. I actually thought it was rather hilarious - I mean, that is seriously weird and rancom. I called them with good humor and thought this could get taken care of without much fuss.
NOPE. They have made me jump through ridiculous hoops and just kept insisting that they didn't send me the photos and that I had gotten their package. I really couldn't make this stuff up even if I wanted to.
So I did everything they asked, and my USPS tracking info has confirmed that they have recieved the package that they made me send back to them (on my dime). But they are completely ignoring all contact with me now. So now not only am I out the $68 for the order, but also the $10 for the extra shipping to send back the stupid photos.
Normally I'm a pretty patient person and I get that weird stuff happens sometimes. But the total lack of communication, their insistence that this was not their fault, and their unwillingness to just fix it already, is really getting under my skin.

But I was hindered by technical difficulties. I e-mail Rave Ready support and within one day they had solved my issues. And only 4 days later i had two sets of goggles and became the best dad ever. "I ordered the Amok Unisex Electric Hard Dance Pants and they are yellow...in the picture they are a toxic green but the pair i got is lemon yellow....They don't match the outfit I was planning for them at all. If I'd known they'd be this color I would have ordered pants that matched better. I'm pretty disappointed. I like how soft they are though."
