"Actally I am so far dissappointed with Rave Ready. I ordered a pair of LED gloves for my son's birthday party for the weekend of Nov 5th. I placed this order on October 29th. There was no mention of an out-of-stock or a back order on the product I ordered. I thought that I placed this order in plenty of time as it said it would ship by priority mail, (guess this means nothing now?!) I was never contacted about the delay by any one or even E-mail by Rave Ready. I called in to find out what happened to my order on November 8th and was then told that the item I odered was out of stock but should be in soon. Well it is now November 16th and I am yet to recieve my order. Overall if you need something for a childs birthday or a special event of some kind, I would find it to be difficult to suggest this company for it at this point."
"I placed an order on 11/06/11. I received notice that my order had shipped on 11/09/11. One of my items was not included in the order. I attempting to track the order for several days and received this message from USPS consistently "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on November 09, 2011 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later."
On 11/15/11 I called Rave Ready and asked what was going on with my order. I was told the item that had not shipped was on back order and rather than send it to me when it is received, I have to just order it again. In addition I was told that my package was not shipped and is sitting in their warehouse and should be shipped by the beginning of next week at the latest. I doubt I will re order my back ordered item at this point. By the time my order finally ships it will have been about 2 weeks since I placed the order. Additionally it would have been nice to receive notice that an item was back-ordered and I would have to re-order it instead of just deleting it from my order and hoping I figured it out.
None of the items I ordered are custom made or custom ordered so it seems to be an excessively long time to wait to receive my order. When I called the girl on the phone was nice enough, but in general I am disappointed with my experience and will shop elsewhere next time."
"I ordered 30$ worth on 10//16//11. I have emailed them and called them on numerous occasions, and no reply. It is now 11//8//11, and still no answer. I plan to email several more times, and probably leave more voice messages, since NO ONE ever picks up the phone, even though I called during their business hours. Customer service is not even an option in this company. I would never recommend this store to anyone.
EDIT:: Someone emailed me that they were on back order, but ONLY after two weeks, saying something about someone in their system had gotten themselves in the hospital[Adjamiba], and said it was on back order. "

I called them and they reorganized my order and sent it out asap to make sure that I got it on time for the Deadmau5 concert. It came Saturday morning, product was awesome, and made my night! "I submitted my order on 10/16/11 and it is currently 11/2/11. Their "5-7 day shipping" is taking much longer than it should. There was also no option for faster shipping. My order is over $80 and I have not gotten a single reply to any of my e-mails. I figure if I flood them enough something may happen. If not, the better business buroe will know of this. I have NEVER been treated like this online and everyone should know this is not acceptable. I would not recommend them to ANYONE. "

"I ordered from raveready.com on october 5th 2011. I must say I am very disapointed with their lack of decent customer service. Their facebook page operator is a complete jerk to most people. He will delete the wall posts that you post and then give you false excuses. I still have not received my $40.00 order from them. It's been over three weeks. It took a week for processing and so far over two weeks for shipping. I was also told to call their phone number on their site. NOBODY ever answers that phone. emails are also not replied to. AVOID RAVEREADY.COM. THEY ARE A SCAM."
"I ordered from RR since I've herd about their fast shipping, and their products are so tempting!
Had NO problem with the products I (actually) received, but it would have been nice to be notified that I was ordering items that were on backorder... and that my order was going to take half a month to process, and ship.
If you're not on any sort of timeline, you shouldn't have anything to worry about. But IF you are, CALL them and find out if the stuff you want is backordered before you buy it, because they don't notify you if it is.
Love their stuff, but they could really use to work on some customer communication skills."
