"I am generally satisfied with Razorgator and buy several times a year. However, this last sale I was very disappointed to be charged an overnight fee for the shipment of "tickets" only to open the envelope and see a poor quality copy of a paper ticket. There is plenty of time to send me the actual tickets since the game is on June 30th. You could have sent me this copy via email and I could have printed it myself. "Bought tickets for Justin Beiber for Oct. 27 for grandkids and they took money from my account and then said oops tickets were not available but can sell you 3 more but will be $300.00 more. "This was the first time I had used Razorgator.com to buy Justin Beiber tickets. I paid over $300.00 each for 2 tickets but was willing to do so for my daughter. Well, you can imagine how dissapointed I was to receive an e-mail later that day saying that I did not get the tickets due to the big response for tickets and that they would sell me other tickets that were no where near what I had originally purchased (or so I thought). It's funny how when I looked again there was still better tickets available but the prices were now higher. I see this as greed and whoever is at the other end should maybe be paying more attention as to what is sold so the "customer" is not mislead to believe they have tickets when they don't. I was very dissapointed in the service."

My son was a huge Chipper Jones fan growing up and we wanted to purchase tickets on the Braves side of the field for the family, so he could possibly get an autograph. After purchasing the tickets and telling everyone we had the seats, I was informed via E-mail over 24 hours later that we did not have the tickets, they had been sold to someone else. I called but there was no seats on the Braves side of the field for our family, the replacement tickets offered where in the outfield and not the same quality. I asked an they cannot guarantee at the time of purchase that they can get you the tickets ordered. I said no thank you and will be steering clear of Razor gator in the future."
