"Never Purchased from razor before so far pleased with the service"

"10 minutes after I purchased my tickets from Razorgator I received an email that the tickets I purchased were no longer available, I then received different tickets for the same price, but they were in a section further from the player dugouts than I previously had purchased. When I complained on the phone about this I was told they would refund my money. I was very dissapointed because I really wanted the tickets I purchased and felt I should have received some small compensation for tickets further away."
