"This was my first, and probably last purchase through RazorGator. While I understand that the company is in business to make a profit, but charging the purchaser $10 per ticket, on top of an already marked up price from the seller is a little higher than necessary. Secondly, for almost $17 to "process and ship" my order is outrageous. The shipping terms in my email order confirmation state that a signature was required to accept delivery, however my tickets were NOT signed for upon delivery. My tickets were delivered on time, however the wind had blown the FedEx envelope halfway across my neighbors yard.

I've provided this feedback to RazorGator's customer support, however have yet to receive any form of response / acknowledgement from them. "

"My review for Razorgator so far is based upon my experience with surfing the web for tickets in Washington, DC for a Mindless Behavior Concert 07/07/2014.The tickets were extremely marked up double the cost but I did purchase them because after looking at all of the other sites, this venue was the least expensive out of the 15 sites I visited and compared prices. I emailed razorgator's website to all 500 of my coworkers and praised Razorgator for being competitive but not ruthless with the cost of reselling. Thanks Razorgator for making my 9 year old's dream come true.
