"Great price - the delivery was on time and no damage. It would have gotten 4 stars if the add-on insurance I was required to pay had been more prominently displayed/explained upfront. Also no one contacted me with a tracking number - I had to call in to get it. The advertised two year free warranty is only for TV's that are brought into the store - that was a little deceptive. The free warranty was the major reason I chose this seller over another. But a nice TV for the price and it's now on my wall. "

"The delivery time was set up & on time, however the delivery man loaded the TV sideways on a small hand cart that obviously wouldn't go through the front door.
I therefore helped him hand carry the TV in the house.
The handling & insurance as supposed to include delivery in the house, as well as removing it from the box to ensure there was no shipping damage.
I later removed the TV from the box & it was fine.
The price was great, as well as the delivery time on schedule"
