"I've placed a few orders for stickers for myself and my niece for our laptops and books and the quality of these items is exceptional.
In November I placed an order which was split into 2 shipments. Got one half on time but the other half didn't turn up. Was first told to give it another 2 weeks but when it still didn't arrive, the rep placed another order for the same items. By then I was in another country so when the 2nd attempt still didn't arrive at my niece's I reported this again and requested a refund for these items. I honestly was expecting an argument or an accusation that I was scamming but without any delay the rep refunded the full amount (~USD$50)! Was totally not expecting that and will definitely be using that $ to purchase more items from them."
