"Ordered front and rear pads for my 2019 Honda Accord Sport 2.0t. Ordered EBC Redstuff.
Ordered them as a pair. Couple days later (ordered on the weekend after hours) I get an email saying that the rear pads aren’t in stock.
I reply asking if the fronts are in stock. I get a reply from James and he says yes, and that, if I’d like, I can continue with just front the fronts. He double confirms with me and I double check I ordered the right parts, and confirmed with him to order the fronts. Right after I get my refund and an email confirming the “new” order. All of this back and forth happened before noon. I’ve always had great service with you guys and will continue to do business with you. Thanks again James.

"Having purchased a set of Godspeed Coilovers from Redline 360, I figured everything was good.
After installing them that’s when I started having problems.
During the installation process the lower lug did not mate up to the spindle. The attach bolt holes on the lower lug of the coilover was wider than that of my spindle. I had to elongate the slot to make it fit.
I relayed this information to Redline 360’s suspension expert Tim Griffiths. He then reached out to Godspeed. They agreed it was off.
Once installed I initially set the preload at 5mm, the front coilovers started making a hideous clunking/knocking sound. So I increased the preload to 7mm, and it quieted it down a little. Then I increased the preload to 10mm (max per their requirements) and quieted it down a little more, but there is still a clunking sound as if the spring is trying to find a home as I make a turn while hitting a dip in the road. Sometimes it makes this audible clunking sound just when making a turn as the inside unloads.
I relayed this information to Redline 360 again and that’s when Tim Griffiths stopped replying to my emails. I sent another email to Redline 360 and that has gone unanswered.
In a nutshell, stay away from Redline 360. They want to sell you the product but they do not want to address any issues with the products they sell.
