"Ordered a sparco steering wheel from redline360 and transaction went well until the package arrived. Box all torn up on the inside completely different wheel than I ordered the wheel that came was also obviously used prior having wear marks and was missing the center horn button assembly. So as any customer I contacted the company support team and they then said that in order for me to be sent the part I paid for I have to destroy the one I have “hit it wish a hammer send a picture and we will send you the correct wheel” not sure how hitting it with a hammer makes it unusable I offered to send it back to them as long as I can get my wheel I ordered and they said they wouldn’t accept the return if it looks to be used or scratched or anything. Which is exactly how it arrived to my place. In the end they would not send me what I spent roughly $300 on and left me with a used beat up cheep wheel that’s about half the price that does nothing for me and doesn’t even have the horn button. "
