Unbelievably terrible support model. Email only is one thing but they are incredibly ineffective and ridiculously slow to respond. I am in the 5th day of a ticket on an incorrect part delivered as part of a very expensive bundle. It has taken all this time to ask and answer 4 questions that could have taken 5 minuets on a call or could be handled in 1 email if they weren't just proxying emails to other people. Incredibly frustrating. I have already ordered and received the correct parts from another reseller. I emailed redline to just process the order as a return and they have ignored it. I see it going legal already. Their website has inaccurate descriptions so you have to do your own research. They also only post positive reviews."

It got sent back to you guys and so I talked to Toni through email and man I can’t even tell you how much he helped me get through this process. "Ordered a set of coilovers. Installed them and had a horrible noise that sounded like something was loose. Took the right rear out 3-4 times and realized the top nut on the coilover was loose from the factory. No big deal, tighten it and reinstall. At this point, I have roughly 20 miles on them. Now that I've had a chance to drive the mini (200 miles later), they ride like crap. I've put set them on the softest setting and took as much preload out of the springs that I could. They simply ride like crap. I contact Toni and was told they don't accept used parts back. How the hell am I suppose to know they ride like crap if I don't install them. Their customer service and support is one of the worst I've ever dealt with."
"These headlights are the worst objects that I've ever purchased for any of my vehicles. These lights are NOT plug and play as they state they are. These lights require extensive modifications and wire connecting in order to 'work'. THEY ARE NOT PLUG AND PLAY. These lights are extremely low quality. The halogen lights included with these lights are dimmer than the interior dome lights in my vehicle. No instructions come with the lights, nor do they come with any wiring schematics. You can't contact the company to acquire either instructions or a schematic, as the company states they have neither available (but assure me that they're plug and play). These lights are also not adjustable in the vehicle, and you must take them out completely to adjust. But don't worry, the plastic adjusters will immediately break once you touch them. These are the absolute worst headlight assemblies I've ever been around or have purchased. Do not, I repeat, buy these lights!!!!"
