"I found a set of coil-overs for my build on Redline360, but I wanted to know the specs for how much I was able to drop my build and what the spring rates were. They were very quick in emailing me back saying that they got my question and will get me an answer back shortly. On the same day they gave me my spring rates. This was on a Friday, come Monday (Memorial Day), they told me they were reaching out to their technicians about the drop limit. Early Tuesday morning they couldn't get an answer from their technical team, so they continued on the hunt for my answer by extending their search to their warehouse. That evening after their working hours I received an email of the drop rate. Overall I can tell you the people that work here are extremely good at communicating, and wont stop at finding the answer to your question. Also their emails are professional but have a slight tint of personalism in them, giving me a warm fuzzy feeling I'll get an answer sometime soon, and making me feel like I'm a person and not just "some customer". I will definitely be recommending Redline360 to my fellow car friends."
"I’ll start with saying that FedEx has a habit of losing packages at my apartment complex. When my package was nowhere to be found after being marked as delivered, I was really upset knowing that I’d have to go through the rigorous process of claiming a lost package. "I ordered a set of mirrors for my 99 F250 and when they arrived they appeared to be in top notch shape. Unfortunately once installed I noticed severe vibration in the glass even at an idle. I reached out to the customer service team at Redline360 and they immediately began working to remedy the situation. It was determined that I had a received a defective set of mirrors. But the team at Redline worked very diligently to rectify my situation. They were able to replace my defective units with 1 business day. I am very pleased with the service I received and will undoubtedly be returning for any other parts my old truck needs.

"I ordered tail lights for my 86 and got headlights for an unknown vehicle. I emailed redline right away with photos and Gem in their customer service team helped me for an entire week trying to get it all straightened out. Gem gets 5/5 stars. Redline get 3/5 because they messed up so bad. I don’t know how that kind of mistake happens, but they’re lucky they have folks like Gem in their customer service department because I wouldn’t continue buying from them otherwise. "
