"I stumbled upon RefurbExperts while searching for repair items for my HP Laserjet printer and found a refurbished model. I chatted with Kevin for almost a half-an-hour and he answered each and every one of my questions. He helped me through the process of choosing to replace the printer I had with a refurbished one and I couldn't be more happier. I received the printer a few minutes ago, took the old one offline, switched the duplex to the new one, installed the network card, loaded it with paper and it printed right away. It also looks like a printed that just shipped from HP. It is sparkling clean and quiet and immediately linked up to my network without even having to install new drivers. I really think that RefurbExperts can save you a ton of money by shopping with them. I will certainly become a repeat customer. This printer is everything that Kevin said it was going to be and I could not be more pleased. I purchased it on 12/17 and it arrived on 12/26 without a scratch. ""RefurbExperts" probably should consider renaming themselves "Bait & Switch Experts" as they waited a day after taking my order to tell me that what I ordered was not available anymore. 'Very hard to find', 'they had one similar' but completely reconditioned and would only cost '$999' [approx 30% more than what I had ordered]. Very suspicious. Blamed it on Hurricane Sandy. Unprofessional, probably illegal."
"After purchasing a Laser printer #1005, they called and told us they only had #1006 and being told that it took the same print cartridge as I had asked about, I approved the switch. When it arrived, we found that this in fact did not use the same toner. They did arrange pickup (after about 10 telephone calls literally) and did in fact send us the #1005 we originally ordered. However, the Laser printer #1005 was $12.00 less in price that the #1006 we paid for previously. Kevin emailed me on September 25th and told me I should check my next statement and the credit will appear? No, now 2 statements later and he has not answered my emails. They always have an excuse or refuse to answer. This is not a reputable business to deal with. My time is valuable also and clearly now they are wasting valuable time chasing after money that should have been returned."
"Ordered hp2300dtn printer that was advertised on website for $191. My order was taken over the phone by Isaac, and Isaac told me for a little extra he'd sell me one that is 100 percent refurbished..."like a brand new machine." Then he said, "I'll send it to you faster for another $50", I said how about $15 and he said okay. My $191 printer cost me $340. That wouldn't be a problem, but I had problems from the time I connected it to the network, I called company twice within the first 7 days of receiving the order, and was promised that a tech would call me. Never received a phone call. Then I decided to connect printer to my computer as a local printer, and it worked okay, but today I attempted to print a 77 page job from Tray 1 utilizing the duplex feature, and after 15 pages printed, the printer jammed. Had to remove cartridge, and it jammed again after the next 5 pages. This happened twice more, so I cancelled the job, and attempted to print the job from Tray 2, but had the same results. I called them 1 more time and laid into the poor soul who answered. He quickly put on a supervisor who took control of the situation. Within 10 minutes I had a tech call me and diagnose the problem as a faulty solenoid, and they are paying for shipping and repairs. Although I was disappointed up front, I'm feeling more relieved they are giving me the proper attention."
"This website is terrible and almost fraudulent. I ordered a TV 4 weeks ago. The merchant told me it would ship on July 11th. Well, apparently the merchant raised the price by several hundred dollars and only informed me today AFTER I inquired about the status that they canceled my order because I did not provide my credit card info. This is a complete lie -- the credit card info was required when I placed the order. Do not order from this merchant. "
"I ordered a refurbished HP Laserjet 1200 series. It arrived in a timely matter but the paper tray arrived several days later.The paper tray I received was not the original paper tray that the printer comes with. I called, and was basically told the original tray which accomodated envelopes, checks, etc., wasn't available.I would have to remove the paper each time I wanted to print one check, or envelope.This wasn't what I was expecting with a refurbished machine that was to include original paper tray."
"Ordered five remanufactured printers from RefurbExperts. One didn't print very clearly. I contacted them, they sent out a replacement right away, and a call ticket for the return. Amazing. I'm so happy to have a source for printers that does what they are supposed to, DO THE RIGHT THING!"
"I ordered a reconditioned Canon Image Class D420 from them. The shipping amount was listed as free, but there was a comment beside it that said to call for free shipping. Later that day, I get a call to "verify" my contact and credit card info (even though I had entered it correctly), at which time they try to up-sell me to a more expensive version. After I turned that down, then they want to charge me $30+ shipping. When I asked about the "free shipping", the rep says that I had to call for free shipping. When I asked what there is to call about, he says that they won't ship it out for over a month and then it will take another two weeks to get here. I canceled the order. I then went back to Resellerratings and saw that another reviewer had experienced the same problem. Very deceptive bait and switch practices. As the other reviewer stated, "Don't do business with RefurbExperts." "
"We bought a printer from this group and from beginning to end they were right there with me. We did have a little trouble getting the printer to work when we first got it but all I had to do was contact them and they were right on it to fix the issue. All is good with this company!

"Was going to purchased a used Brother MFC-J6710Dw, but they called me and offered a Factory Refurbished one for a few more dollars. The printer came, complete in a box with all the accessories, looks like a brand new printer and it works perfect. Very happy with their customer service and final product that they shipped. "I ordered an HP5100 from them and received it promptly. However, after about 1.5 months I had a problem with the fuser (warranty was 30 days, so they had the option of not really trying to help me). I emailed and shortly thereafter Kevin called me, he talked to their techs for me and really took care of me. They ended up shipping me out a new fuser the next day! No company can go without having issues, but how does the company handle the issues? That's what really matters to me. RefurbExperts handled this issue fantastically if you ask me and I will definitely recommend them and re-order from them in the future."

"I ordered a reconditioned hp4000 from them. Received a confirmation for $119, no shipping or tax charges. Three days later, I get a phone call wanting me to call them, so I do. They say they "don't have a valid e-mail address" for me, although they responded to the correct e-mail when they sent the receipt. The guy proceeds to try and up-sell me for another $50. Then he wants to charge me $35 shipping. Then tells me the next "free shipping pickup" is not for another 15 days, and I will have it ten days after that. I canceled the order. Don't do business with RefurbExperts."
"Ordered two printers- a refurbished HP Laserjet 4100n as well as a 4050n. Received the well packed printers timely but upon opening the 4100n I noticed that a roller was detached. I contacted the company immediately and Patrick told me someone would contact me later than day. A couple of hours later, Mike Taylor called and was really super nice. I explained the situation and he sent me another printer out that I received a couple of days later- it included a return label for the other printer as well. He checked back with me to make sure the replacement printer was acceptable. It was and we are very happy with both printers. In my opinion, we received outstanding service for a great price. The company stands behind their sales and does so in a timely manner. I would definitely do business with again. "
"Purchased 2 HP Laserjet 4050 printers. 1 was perfectly great and the other we couldn't have had more problems with... ended up sending it back and getting replacement which also caused us some grief that eventually worked out. Price great, print quality awesome, service was slow but resilient. I would definately recommend to others but be patient with difficulties."
