"Great price, product, web site, and shipping. I bought a few cases of server UPS batteries last year and was very happy, especially with the money I saved, but also with the web site which let me identify the exact batteries for my systems.
Last week I ordered a few more batteries. Since I wasn't in a hurry, I chose the least expensive ground shipping. They arrived the next day!

Pros: Same day shipping. Great communications.
Cons: UB1280 is supposed to be a 12V8A. I was sent 2 12V7A's. Partly my fault for not looking at the equivalent specs. Also partly their fault as all other sites sell 1280 as a 8A.
Packing was not that great. 4 UPS batteries in a double wall box rolling around loose with foam peanuts. All the batteries had bent terminals and all the plastic caps fell off. Not really that big of a deal but the way UPS handles packages it could have been worse.
My first order had a box designed for UPS Batteries. They could not roll around in the box. "

"I have an engineering office in the Port of Los Angeles where the Los Angeles DWP's power supply is not the best (even though it's the costliest).
