"Great website - easy to locate the replacement battery I needed. I was confident that the batteries I ordered were going to be the correct replacement part (and they were). I live in Nova Scotia and the batteries arrived in less than a week - very impressive.

However... PLEASE PLEASE allow USPS for Canadian orders. My $40 battery order, plus $30 for shipping (understandable since it was 12 lbs and it was USA to Canada) was a very reasonalble cost UNTIL UPS arrived at the door and demanded another $40 for brokerage fees. I have never been charged such a ludicrous amount (100% of the product value). I've ordered plent of products from various stores online and have never been charged rediculous amounts by USPS/Canada Post. For that reason only, I will not shop at RefurbUPS again. So once again, please allow USPS as a delivery option and I will be more than happy to use your store again."
