"I made a typo in my address during ordering. I immediately contacted the company via their online support form and informed them about the problem. They responded, insisting that they had the correct address and quoting me the wrong address.

Again, I responded to tell them it was not correct. I received no response, and called them directly. I was greeted with an answering machine, and left a message. They did not return my call.

Two days later, my order was shipped to the wrong address, and I contacted them again. I received no response.

Terrible customer service. Will never buy from this company again."

"My company has been doing business with this company for at least 5 years now and their service and products have been outstanding low-cost replacements for our APC system batteries. They have offered up solutions to many of our needs and have always delivered.

This most recent order of mine was something rather obscure that I didn't see on their site but had a feeling they might carry. I was looking for a wiring harness portion for our larger rackmounted APC units. Our harnesses were corroded and were about to give out. I wrote up sales to see if they could help me out at all and within 5 minutes I had a phone call from a customer service rep trying to assist me. The order was placed and I got 2 brand new harnesses for a unit that was over 6 years old.

"AAA top notch all the way- I bought one UPS from them to try them out, found the site to be great and full of information, especially for the units that i was interested in, not very common ones. The tech support was excellent, explained what i needed to know about voltages and amperages. The unit was the best part- couldn't tell it was used, worked just the same for me as the 2 brand new units i bought for twice the price a month before from APC. After having such a good experience, in October i had to get 6 more Matrix units, called them right up on the 800 number, and the units were in stock and ready to ship that same day! Bottom line, they gave much better service then i get from APC, and my company does over 100k a year with APC. I have had bad experiences with other refurbished UPS companies, seems like they just throw in some batteries and pray, but these guys really know there stuff, and support it 100%."

Ordered a smart ups 620 on line, received a confirmation email quickly, and received tracking # quickly. The refurbed ups arrived 6 days later on time.

Just as described, the refurbed has some minor scratches. But it works very well and passed the power-off test. The price is pretty good despite the expensive shipping rate, which is properly due to the fact that the ups is really heavy.

"On 4\23\05 I placed an order for a APC-BP2805S UPS. First they sent me some batteries and forgot to send me the actual unit. After making a phone call and telling them of their mistake they sent me the actual UPS. After the UPS arrived it was time to find out that they sent the wrong batteries. After another phone call telling them again that they made a mistake they told me they would email me a shipping label so I could send the wrong batteries back and receive the correct ones. After waiting a week with no response I then again called telling them that I have recieved no email, they then said they would get right on it and email me the shipping label. Again after waiting another week I called again and was told again they would get right on it and I would have to pay the return shipping!!! "WTF?" I asked her as this was their mistake and not mine with their reply again that they would get right on it. Now here it is 3 days later with no email and over a month with still not a working unit.

I highly recommend not buying from this company for their incompetance to ratify their constant mistakes and lies."
