product sold was terrible quality, not usable

"I ordered a sheepskin pad for my mother on November 25. According to the description the product was "medical" grade. In reality the product is so poor that it sheds the fleece and is so rough that it is painful to sit or lay on. The company refused any refund on the product, even though it is unused and unusable. There was no effort at all to rectify the problem. We are stuck with a product and out a fair amount of money. The seller's product is terrible. I would recommend not purchasing here."

"I’m unlikely (I hope) to need additional equipment that you supply. Overall less than ideal et had to flip in/out of sizing instructions to sort what to buy, better if programmed with item, and back and forth through policies and shipping options. Cost would have been superior, but need this splint asap, instead of lengthy wait with free delivery. Expedited delivery is VERY steep for this small item, negating initial best price."
