"I used this service to help a client get their car repair diagnosed. The amount approved did not cover an additional service charge for work necessary for a full diagnosis. The mechanic contacted their manager and the company approved the work without charging for the additional service when they learned that the client's repair was being paid for by a workforce development program. They wanted to help meet the client's need without causing any additional financial hardship. They provided a very detailed vehicle health report with photos. I would absolutely utilize this company's services again in the future."
