"my overall experience with RYC.com was between very satisfied and satisfied. the initial transaction went smoothly. the problems started after i received my new phone on 4/6/12, a samsung model A920. i charged the battery for 14 hours and upon installing it in the phone found that it would not hold a charge. when i tried to activate the phone at the SPRINT PCS store i found out that the phone was defective also. upon requesting a RMA # from RYC.com i was told that it would be at least 7-10s before i would receive a new phone as i had to wait until my return phone had been processed thru their system. to avoid this i bought another phone and asked them to ship it overnight. i was told by the service rep. that they could not do that without the service being paid for. upon requesting to speak with her manager to get it authorized i was told by the manager that expedited shipping was the best that could be done.
final opinion is being withheld until i get my new phone which by then i will be a minimum of 10 days without a cell phone.

My only issue with the site is: when I sent a question via their customer service e-mail, they never responded. I got a confirmation email stating they received my question, but never an answer.
The carrying case is for a different phone company than the phone, and the car charger that was included was actually a USB adapter charger.
All of that said, for the price I couldn't have gotten much better. The phone is fully functional, and is in new condition. "

"where should I start...ordered the first phone for xmas present (Dec 25) and decided to return it unopened for upgrade to different phone. there was a completely unreasonable delay time in processing the return for full credit, then they forgot to send the new one. Well after several calls, finally got the right phone delivered Feb 3!!! What happened to January?? So we put the battery in it, and the first message on the display says the battery is incompatible with the charger (samsung). And, no trace of a manual anywhere to be found. What a nightmare, if you read this, you really have no business with this company and they could care less about you. Sad truth, buyer beware. Maybe I can get the correct battery from them, maybe not. Why was the battery exchanged on a "new" product??"

"HI Everyone, This is a review for "Replace Your Cell.com"

I ordered a Sprint compatible Blackberry9670. The phone was pre-owned and advertised as "nice" meaning not scratched up and It looked...nice. It arrived timely. However, it could not be activated by Sprints help desk. The Sprint tech sent me to the Sprint service location 15 miles from where I live. Once there I was told there was something wrong with the phone and I would have to leave it with them so a tech could work on it. When I came back the next day to retrieve it, I was told it could not be repaired. Fortunately, I had added the phone replacement to my Sprint account with insurance for repairs and replacements so Sprint gave me a new identical replacement for the one I ordered from "Replace Your Cell" which did not work and according to the Sprint tech could not be repaired. In short...nothing lacking with Replace Your Cells delivery except the phone was not a working or repairable phone. If I had not called Sprint and added the phone to my account with the insurance for this replacement phone, it would have cost me 35.00 for a repair attempt and then I would have had to return the un-repairable phone to Replace Your Cell and decide about purchasing another one. I do like the phone that Sprint replaced the non-repairable phone with. So the new blackberry 9670 is actually a nice phone. Guess the phone wasn't tested by Replace Your Cell.com. It arrived in what looked like undamaged condition...no damage to the package and no visual damage to the phone but wasn't a working phone."
