I apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate you bringing this to my attention! I apologize but it appears that UPS lost the package. We went back and reviewed the video of this blower being shipped and confirmed that it was picked, labeled, and shipped. We ship pallets of this particular blower daily. UPS loaded the pallet (with your blower on it) onto their truck, but it did not get scanned at their Cleveland hub, so we are not sure why it was not marked as picked up and delivered to you. My shipping department manager is shipping another out to you today and will be in contact with you about a discount on the order.
