"Converted my Echo SRM-266 into a brush cutter and this offset handle makes it a breeze to control. I can say while RCPW shipped fast, and it arrived on time, the factory box was terribly damaged and had big holes in it. Fortunately, there were no missing parts and the contents were undamaged. I assure you this was pure luck. I have no idea how the small parts bag did not fall out of the gaping hole in the factory box. In the future, I think in order to keep shipping cardboard to a minimum we need to stop hiring animals to load delivery trucks or go back to double boxing.

"The parts I ordered were supped to be new. I received open box parts that had RCPW printed labels on them and they were the wrong parts. I had to fight to get a RMA then I am expected to pay the shipping. I am going to guess you will charge me a restocking fee for your errors as well???"
