Paid received nothing. Use Pay Pal or lose money.

"I paid for 2 replacement keys for my laptop keyboard at Febuary 9th 2021. I received a confirmation email of my purchase. Six days later I received another email with notification that the keys were shipped and provided a tracking number for USPS. I checked the provided tracking number and the USPS website has ti listed as being pre shipment. It is now 12 days later and no change in the status of the shipment. It is still listed as being pre shipment status. I have emailed the customer support multiple times and nothing. I would not recommend as they just take your money and that's it. Use Pay Pal instead of using their payment system as you can at least disrepute the order."

No delivery and no way to fix it

"Put 2 orders in, one arrived, the other did not, they sent tracking info, but USPS says never recieved package. Tried contacting them multiple times, no response. Submitted for a refund, still pending. Like normally mistakes happen I get it, but the fact that this company has no system to fix mistakes or respond to you is terrible. I recommend looking for an alternate company"

Scam

"I ordered a replacement key on the 27th. Was given a tracking number. It never moved. Just a lable printed in the system. Few days ago, I got another shipping notification with a different tracking number. Again, it's a label in the system. Neither of these have moved since. I'm out the money. Do not buy from these people. It's a scam. I don't expect, just like many I've seen on BBB and trust pilot that I'll be getting anything in the mail. They just take off with your money. I am extremely upset with this. Customer service is void. Called it's a robot. Many messages have been left. Emails are sparce and just saying to watch tracking. For what? It's not moving! "

Poor service. Do not use

"This is a poor experience and service.

• Not accepting returns due to covid: is a lazy answer. All retailers are doing this – how hard is it to disinfect a return, especially one that is small?
• Returns policy: not visible at all - watch out for it: no returns period
• Slow to respond – takes at least a week with follow-up
• Follow-up bad: does not address the questions I've asked
• Slow to process – had to follow-up to see where my shipment was

A Story of Two Keys

"I had ordered two keys. When the order arrived only one key had been shipped. I sent them an email about what had happened. And they responded with an email to ship the key immediately. The other key I needed came in and was correct. My laptop now has the two new keys and many thanks to the company for the response. A Big Thank You to the company for taking care of this. Lost Key, but found a great company!

"I ordered a key with express shipping from Replacement Laptop Keys.. The carried lost the key and it never made it. Replacement Laptop Keys was beyond helpful in sending a replacement key. No questions asked (aside from did I want the key or my money back which I needed the key). Easy site to use and very helpful. I highly recommend them!"

"Ordered replacement keys for my Asus FX504 laptop and I will admit it took a few days longer than expected. However, I reached back out to the company and they sent me more for free and expedited the shipping. Unique today - the trust

"I am a scholar and writer - using my Mac 14h/day. With Retina 12' (2016) my keyboard was twice changed and again I had trouble with 3 keys. I ordered it (I lived in Italy but work in Poland) and we were in a Covid 19 crisis. At my university in Warsaw something happened - they never got the packet. I wrote to Peplacement Lapton Keys and they send me the second packet FOR FREE. I appreciated a lot this - while despite being uni professor my salary is not very high and it was an emergency situation. So, I am very happy to be their client! Thank you Replacement Laptop Keys! Saved me Hundreds $$!

"I had purchased a gaming laptop from Best buy & had accidentally broken the alt key off. I took it to the Geek Squad, they said there was absolutely nothing they could do to replace a single key & id have to send it out (costing $100 to ship) & have the ENTIRE keyboard replaced for around 3- $400. Absolutely ridiculous..

I found Replacement Laptop Keys & found exactly what I needed! AND it only cost me a couple of dollars. life saver!

I saved hundreds of dollars & the customer support I received was excellent!!

Got what I ordered and was told when it was here.

"The S key was removed by a fidgety kiddo and the the retainer clips broke and it wouldn't go back on. Ordered on a Friday, got it the following Monday, coast to coast shipping. Key looked like the original, feels good. Snapped on quick and easy."
