Poor service. Do not use
"This is a poor experience and service. • Not accepting returns due to covid: is a lazy answer. All retailers are doing this – how hard is it to disinfect a return, especially one that is small? • Returns policy: not visible at all - watch out for it: no returns period • Slow to respond – takes at least a week with follow-up • Follow-up bad: does not address the questions I've asked • Slow to process – had to follow-up to see where my shipment was"
