"I had a great experience with Replacement Laptop Keys. My Apple MacBookPro is an older model, and the Apple store no longer carries parts to repair it. I contacted RLK and gave them my computer's model number. They had the key I needed and asked me to send a picture of my keyboard so they could send the correct under parts. "I ordered a replacement key for my Toshiba laptop, and made sure to select the correct model and submodel so the new key would be sure to fit. A week after it shipped, the tracking information had stopped, so after 5 days with no shipping updates, I emailed the company to explain in detail why I thought there may be a shipping issue, and they just regurgitated the last update from the tracking info, which I already had. I replied, explaining again what I had in the first email, and they wrote back and said give it another 4 days, so I did.
