"BUYER BEWARE. Unfortunately they have a pattern of charging additional fees after the agreed upon quote and refer customers to review the policies because in the policies it states that they can charge your account because by signing the original quote you authorized future un-invoiced charges. PLEASE be careful when dealing with this company. Don't get stuck with hundreds, possibly thousands, of dollars in extra charges like we did. They got us with 2 separate "lift gate charges" when we only had one delivery. When brought up to management we were told that these charges were authorized because we signed the original quote and signed to accept the shipment. They have two companies that I am aware of--affordable furniture.net and restaurant furniture.net. I just don't want other customers to suffer the frustration that we have suffered. I recommend you buy from somewhere else or read the policies EXTRA carefully because there are many ways they can charge extra after the agreed upon price."

Ordered products that listed 7-14 day shipping time: No contact from them until nearly 4 weeks later when I was told they only had 7/10 in stock.. I confirmed I still wanted them, they refunded the difference, and said they would process the order. A week after I was told my order would be processed I'm now told that the price has increased (despite still being advertised online as the same.. False advertising?)..

The GOOD news is that they promptly cancelled my order when I was unhappy with their service... I would recommend purchasing from another unaffiliated retailer "
"We ordered tables at the beginning of November. The expected ship date was 11/17. We didn’t hear anything from them until I called on December 3rd. They’ve moved out the ship date 4 times already. Then on December 30th, I’m told they’ve been processed for shipping and to call the following Monday for a tracking number. I called on Monday only to find out that the manufacturer hadn’t even received the materials yet! I was literally told to call back for a tracking number only to be told they hadn’t been manufactured! Pathetic customer service. There are plenty of other companies to choose from. You’ve been warned. "
"When we received our shipment, it came damaged due to the extremely poor packing by RestaurantFurniture.net. They have a special department to make sure you get nothing from them if you have a complaint. Of course, you can ship it back, but it will cost you double what you paid in the first place.

"I ordered two booths from this company. When I received the items they were put directly onto a pallett with some shrink wrap. No protection for shipping. So, of course one of the booths was ripped and they both had marks from being placed directly on a wooden pallet. I called the same day and instead of sending a replacement they said that they would file a claim on behalf with the shipping company. After several followups, it was clear that they were not taking any ownership of the issue and I would be lucky to get any money back. I had no choice, but to dipute through the CC. This company doesn't care if your item is damaged and it seems like they prefer that way based on their lack of padding to prevent damage in transit."
"We ordered 5 bar stools for our brand new bar in our basement. We received them and they are the smallest bar stools we have ever sat in. I am 5’4 and 140 lbs and can’t fit in the barstool. We chose the regular size stool compared to the extra large bucket seat because they had the same measurements and the extra large seat was more expensive. We asked for some help in exchanging the seats and they said they don’t do that. So now we have extra small seats that no one can sit in!"

"We ordered our furniture for a new restaurant and they guaranteed it would arrive in time for our opening. We did not have it on time and we opened late costing us lots of money. When we did finally receive it, there was damage to half of our booths. When I contacted them, they kept asking for more and more information that was already provided and never got back to us in a timely manner at all. Then they tried to say it was not damaged. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! "
