"On 9/25/2020 I ordered a large custom-built leather banquette and butcher block table for a basement renovation project. The order arrived on 11/19/2020 and we are thrilled with how the banquette looks and the quality of the work. The dimensions for the banquette were spot on and the dimensions recommended by the sales team for the table were also perfect. One item of note, these custom-built products take time to create so be prepared for a 6-8 week delivery as was quoted during the sales process. I found the best way to communicate with the company was to call their customer service number. All of my interactions with their staff were friendly and cordial and I would do business with RestaurantFurniture.net again. "

I searched and shopped many different vendors to create this piece for me and in the end, Restaurant Furniture.net was the best value for the money and they did a great job on the final product. Even though they likely fill mostly B2B orders, don't overlook their ability to create a custom piece for your home that is great quality and will stand up to wear and tear over time. There are lots of options on color, finishes and designs and this piece really anchors the room with a statement. I get sooo many compliments on it and they were very responsive in answering questions and recommending the right size to make sure it could fit through my door. "STAY AWAY FROM THIS MERCHANT! I WAITED 2 YEARS FOR A REFUND CHECK(THEIR SALES MANAGER, DAVID HOWE, PROMISED TO REFUND) WHICH NEVER CAME ! ! ! I purchased a worth of $6k furnitures from this merchant back in November 2nd, 2018. After one month of placing the order, I received a partial of the order. Therefore, I contacted their customer service department to cancel the rest of the order. They didn't want to cancel the order, so I was told to wait. A few months went by, I wasn't able to receive the order, so I contacted them again. I was told to contact their sales manager, David Howe, to find a solution. I emailed David about my request of getting a refund for the unshipped furnitures. On March 3rd, 2020, David agreed to issue a refund of $2072 by mailing me a check. This was already a year and half since I requested the refund. Since then, I have been waiting for the refund check but never received it. I called their office several times but none of their employees were able to help me. I emailed David Howe several times to check on the refund process, he responded that he was working on it, but was not able to give me an estimated time on when the check will be mailed out. Last month, I called their customer service line to see if I can contact their upper management, I was told by one of their employee to contact the president of this company, Jeff Weldon. I sent emails to Jeff Weldon about the situation but he never responded to my email. I emailed David Howe again last week to check on the process of the refund, since it's been 5 months from the day when he agreed to mail me a refund check, but I got no response from him. "
"We love our bar height restaurant style table. We put in front of a window which overlooks the beauty of our home property. The table is very modern and stylish, and came complete without any damage. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating was because of the high cost of shipping to a residence. Regardless, we love the item and glad its a part of our home. "
"Ordered two custom booths and a table. They delivered the table first but I received only the metal base plate. No table top or center post, just the metal base. After a million calls, they said they opened a claim and were conducting a dock search. I spoke with the carrier and they said they knew nothing about a dock search. Two weeks later, Restaurantfurniture.net tells me the dock search is completed, no items were found and per our order agreement that's all they can do for me. So basically, I paid $400 for a metal base plate.
Wish I could say the booths the finally delivered made up for this whole nightmare, but, unfortunately, more disappointment. The booths were very poorly constructed and the finish was awful. All together, I'm out of pocket $1,900 for two junky booths and a metal table base plate. Do not get scammed by these folks. The customer service is the worst I've encountered in years. They'll give you the run around for weeks and then simply tell that there's nothing else they can do. These are not good people. Extremely sketchy company who I would highly recommend you avoid at all cost.

It all came on the same box so they probably ran out of what I ordered and hoped I was stupid. Now, they will only offer me a discount on the incorrect product. "I placed an order for tables and chairs on 7/31/19. My tables came but chairs did not. I sent an email and called the company and was told they were coming. After a few weeks of not getting a shipping update, I finally got through to someone. He informed me that those chairs are no longer in stock and apologized as they shouldn't have sold them to me. I ordered new replacement chairs on 8/20 and was told I'd have a shipping update by the end of the day on the 26th. I still have yet to receive the ETA or my refund for the price difference. I was told yesterday (9/3/19) to give it ANOTHER 24-48 hours and they'll ship. It's unacceptable that they sold me chairs they don't have and after almost three weeks, the replacement chairs still have not shipped. This is costing me business. We've had three festivals out front of our cafe in this time and I've not been able to serve customers out there. "
