"After reading reviews here, I was skeptical about Revolve clothing, but the price they were offering was much too good to compare to Endless.com, so I placed my first order of See by Chloe Tomo bag in Apricot to Revolve 5days ago and I've received the bag just now. Being an international order without any extra charge, I wouldn't complain the speed of the service but surprisingly I got the bag in wrong color, which I liked better than the one I actually intended to buy, so I'm not returnig the bag. It was lucky for me to receive wrong color I happend to like, because from reading the most of international order reviews, I am too afraid to return the bag in the hope of receiving the one in rigt color so I don't know how customer service might have responded to my complaint, but saddly it will be my first and last order to Revolve Clothing."

"Be aware that Revolve Clothing does not want to price match with big retailers like Amazon.com by saying "[Amazon.com] is a lot like ebay where you may be making purchases from private sales with adjusted prices."

The customer service seems does not know how to figure out if a product is sold by Amazon.com or any "private" seller from Amazon Marketplace.

So if you want to compare and price match, you can skip revolve clothing and save the hassle.

I finally placed my order with Amazon.com and become a happy customer of Amazon.com

"I have placed literally dozens of orders with Revolveclothing.com over the past 3 years and have always been delighted with all aspects of their service. I have made several pre-orders and they have all been completed without problem. They don't have quite the glamorous presentation of shopbop.com but they usually have better style and colour selections within the same brands that shopbop carries. Every item I've ordered has arrived in perfect condition, in perfect packaging and in the time frame expected. The customer service has been unbelievably polite and helpful at all times, although I've only emailed, never phoned. They don't have the generous 15% coupon anymore but they do have a standard 10% coupon for most things all the time, which in addition to free shipping, is very generous in my book. I've had multiple experiences with revolve, not just one, and can say confidently they are very professional and I highly recommend them. I only wish they would make the site not so black, with lighter photography and a super zoom on the photos. Otherwise, thoroughly impressed."

"Avoid this website at all costs! Specially when trying to do a PRE-ORDER. One would assume that when purchasing an item on PRE-ORDER means that you are the next person waiting in line to have your order shipped to you, right? Well even though I hadn't paid for my item yet, I still wanted to get the best experience when I am buying (or waiting to buy) a $600 jacket. Though, this wasn't the case for my experience. I was expected to receive my item by September 30th, though it is an estimated time so I gave myself patience regardless. They sent me an email telling me that my item had arrived at their location and they will be receiving it and once received, they will charge my credit card and ship my item. They sent me another email an hour after saying they made a mistake and that my item was missing from the shipment. Are you kidding me? I got nervous so I called customer service and they assured it the newly estimated arrival date was October 4th. And again the same thing happened! I got fed up and tried to find the jacket from the original designers website and luckily I did find it and it was in fact cheaper than the price posted on Revolve Clothing. I canceled my order with Revolve Clothing and made a pact with myself to never ever ever buy from them again! I got my jacket from the other website within two days! Now thats what you call great customer service, no lying or anything. Unlike Revolve!!

P.s. The customer service help line doesn't seem to nice at all. They seem snobby and rude.

"Avoid this website like a plague! My relatives had bought me a pair of jeans that didn't fit but as we were travelling, we couldn't exchange them soon enough so the customer service agent told us we had an indefinite time-period when we could return them. Some time went by and I decide to return them for an exchange when I was met with a smart-ass customer service agent who said that it was impossible to return them. Liars! In my opinion, you should use a legitimate quality site like Zappos or Amazon for things like this and not this SHAM of a site!"

"Said they were "having trouble" locating the item I ordered, then abruptly canceled my order on me. A few weeks later I got an email saying the item was back in stock - at an increased price.

"Shipped EXTREMELY fast. Price was excellent. Ended up returning the jeans I purchased in favor of a different pair, and it was easy as can be. Return label was included and it really was "no hassle". Used an online coupon to make the price smokin!"

"Found an item for 55% off at another store and Revolve was able to price match it 40% on a very similar item. Unfortunate that I wasn't able to get a full price match, but I still saved a lot. Wasn't able to get the correct jean size, had to order a bit larger.

Their customer service is GREAT. Prompt replies (within an hour, sometimes 5 minutes), courteous, replies after their said hours of operations as well.
