"Found an item for 55% off at another store and Revolve was able to price match it 40% on a very similar item. Unfortunate that I wasn't able to get a full price match, but I still saved a lot. Wasn't able to get the correct jean size, had to order a bit larger.
Their customer service is GREAT. Prompt replies (within an hour, sometimes 5 minutes), courteous, replies after their said hours of operations as well."

"Ordered Logitech Z-2300 speakers on January 14th (Sat). Got a notice the next day that they were backordered. Called in on Thurs to see if they had an ETA, and the lady kindly said they got some in stock that day and shipped it out for me. Item finally arrived on the 29th...would have been delivered the 26th, but the appointed date was 29th and so FedEx didn't send it out.
Only minor quip would be that Techonweb said the speakers were in stock when they were not in stock. However, I figured they wouldn't be given their popularity.

"Ordered a Creative xmod on January 21st at night, around 8pm or so. This item qualified for free shipping, which is supposed to add a couple more days to process the order and ship. I was ilke, waiting a couple days to save a couple bucks doesn't bother me, so I did it.
I got an email that night to auto-confirm my order. The estimated ship date was Jan 26 and arrival date was Feb 2-8.
Instead, I got an email the very next day saying my ordered had already SHIPPED. That was awesome surprised #1. #2 happened today. My arrival ETA was January 26. My xmod actually came today, Jan 25th at around 7am. Weeee.
Their turnaround time sure did surprise me based on the other reviews I've read about amazon.com Not to mention their price on the xmod was GREAT, more than $10 lower than the next company.
So far my xmod seems to be working great. (xmod's build quality seems flimsy at the top, but that's not amazon's fault).
I was supposed to get this a few days after my Logitech Z-2300's come in (next week), but looks like I'll be waiting a couple of days for my speakers instead :-p"

They really put in the effort to make the customer satisfied. Cases in point:
1) The first time I called in, Donald offered to help me decide between three notebooks I was stuck between.
2) Ron would answer my emails after work hours...both late at night, and on the weekends!
3) One time I called in, and Ron spent 20 minutes with me discussing the future of notebooks in terms of video cards and Merom...and I didn't even have to ask specific questions, he knew what I was thinking about ;-)
They were always courteous. Made sure I was completely satisfied with my order.
On their homepage, it says to call in for special promotions and deals...and yea, they hold up on that offer =)
