Instructions not clear, license delivery too slow

"Need more instructions for purchasing and assigning licenses, not clear which ones to buy or how many. Why does it take 24 hrs to get a license key? Turn around is way too slow."

“Thank you so much for the feedback. I hope you received the e-mail that I sent you last week! If not, please know that we have listened to your feedback and have made some changes to our website. Please see below for the changes we have made:

We have made it easier for our online customers to purchase the correct license(s) and claim their license(s) appropriately. Please note that while we previously had a “How-To Guide” on our website for determining the correct license needed (which contained instructions on claiming a license key), this information is now much easier to access than before. If you follow the link below, you will notice that we now have clickable links for our “How-to guide for determining the correct Cisco Meraki license” as well as our “How-to guide for claiming your license”.

In addition to this change on our website, we have also included a link to the license claiming guide on the final e-mail that is sent for each Rhino Networks order. This e-mail also contains any associated license key(s) and/or tracking information. Cisco-Meraki sends a “Meraki Confirmation” for every order containing order details and license keys, however, this is an extra step that we take to ensure our customers receive their key in a timely manner.

In regards to the license delay you experienced, I want to apologize on Meraki’s behalf for their standard turnaround time of 24-72 hours. Unfortunately, Meraki does not allow partners to generate license keys and that portion is all processed and generated by Cisco-Meraki directly. As a preferred Meraki partner, we always do everything in our power to expedite customer orders but sadly the turnaround time is out of our control. If you are ever in a bind and have an extremely urgent order, please reach out to us directly and we will do our very best!
