This was a welcome service as the reason I was purchasing from Rhino was that my previous purchase sent the wrong license due to a bad product description. My other concern when ordering was turnaround time from purchase to receipt of my licenses. The licenses arrival matched almost to the minute what I was promised by the sales team.
