I have always wanted a Canon 10D Camera. It was the beginning of my Photography as a Part-Time Professional. And since then, I have wanted to continue adding the Canon older line up to my collection.
You guys offer, equipment that still has a lot of life to it with a Warranty to cover the boo boo's that may happen with previous owners. Not everyone has several thousand dollars laying around to buy a EOS 1D. However, I still enjoy shooting the oldies from time to time. And I want to thank you guys for having these. Many Online Camera Companies, have stock photos of what they are selling. But you guys have taking the next step and showing customers exactly what they are buying and so there won't be no surprises when that box arrives. Once again, thank you.

"Placed an order on eBay for a used camera. The listing very clearly stated that the camera would be shipped FAST&FREE via UPS with a guaranteed arrival date. I specifically placed the order from that listing due to the UPS shipping and the guaranteed arrival date - there were cheaper listings that all had USPS shipping and no guaranteed arrival.
I was upset when I got a shipping notice with a USPS tracking number. When I contacted the company they stated that eBay only allows them to list one shipping option, but they "reserve the right" to ship however they want. That is not stated ANYWHERE in the listing. If you want to ship USPS, fine, but SAY SO IN THE LISTING.
To make matters worse, they printed a shipping label on Tuesday. If the camera had been delivered to the post office that day, I probably would have still received it on time. The package did not go to the post office until late Thursday, meaning I received the camera the next week.
Throughout my communication with Roberts, they brushed off my concerns about the bait and switch shipping and the fact that I would not be receiving the camera on the date guaranteed in the listing. If I have ever had issues with Amazon, KEH or BH Photo they have always tried to make things right. Very disappointed in the entire experience. "
