"I discovered the Rockauto website a month or so ago and liked that they had most parts i needed at a very reasonable price. I liked that i didn't have to be home to receive the parts from the fedex driver. the one thing I didn't expect or know about is that the part i purchased did not have the maker emblem. I assume that the product would be more expensive due to licensing issues. No big deal- the part is for my daughters car so she will be able to come up with something that works. RockAuto packaging was good but suspension coil spring manufacturer's box had no packing of any kind between 2 springs so they rolled around during shipping and nicked large pieces of protective vinyl paint off each other. Chips were in bottom of box. Decided to forgo return and painted chipped springs. Shame on manufacturer of otherwise good quality parts. How hard is it to stuff a wad of packing paper between 2 springs?

They definitely came through for me with flying colors.
