"I ordered a set of Tour Edge Irons and Woods. The drop down screen on their site allowed for shaft selection. I completed my order and paid 2175.00 for the set and when my confirmation was sent the shaft flexes I chose were wrong...too stiff. I immediately sent an email saying not to proceed with the order until this was corrected. The company contacted me the next day and said they could not change an order once it was placed. That I could cancel and replace the order. I opted to cancel. I was told for the next 4 days they were trying to get in touch with the warehouse to cancel. I sent an email each day to please cancel and not one was answered. I called customer service and after the first day they would not pick up the phone. Btw...I was told by phone that the order was in the process of being cancelled. Finally on day 5...they sent an email saying the order was now being shipped. Please change the shaft flex. Response: can't. Please cancel my order! Response: Nope. Please do not ship this order it is not correct! Response: Its now shipped. I finally received an email five days after telling me that the order was now shipped and could not be canceled. Really!! Should have been an easy fix. This company must completely outsource all their product. I purchased the exact same equipment from the manufacturer with the correct shaft flex for 2080.00...95.00 less than the Rock Bottom price. So not sure where the Rock Bottom savings are. Now I have a full set of clubs coming to return. Can't imagine what they are going to say next about refunding the 2175.00? They lost a loyal customer. Oh yeah...of course I put a dispute in on the charge on day 2. I'm not an idiot! If you choose to do business with these guys...Ex Post Facto...buyer beware!"

"I ordered a new putter and in the ad it showed a head cover but when I received the putter their was no head cover, reached out to rock bottom and turns out it did not come with head cover so the ad was misleading. My choices were send it back for credit or get my money back, I kept the putter but think rock bottom should have offered something else. If your people run an ad that says head cover included and you don't catch that then you as a company are responsible to the consumer.

"Service and product were good, process went smoothly. The shoes are a good fit and will be fine for dry course conditions. The only problem I have encountered is that UPS charge brokerage for bringing over the border so I was not expecting an extra charge. The shoes are still good value though.

"I traded in two hybrid clubs and had ordered a Callaway Mavrik fairway wood. I received a store credit for the trade within a day or two after Rockbottom golf had received them. The Mavrik fairway wood is easy to hit with a higher ball flight than the hybrid. I received superb customer service from Rockbottom golf because they expedited my trade because they had very few fairway woods in stock. I highly recommend trusting them with your trade."
