Zero customer experience

"It is surprising this company remains in business. Most calls go to voice mail and when or if you ever get a response it will likely be dishonest. Pay a few dollars more and deal with a real company not someone selling out of car. "

Prices were fine but they charge tax.

"Prices were fine but they charge tax. The prices on Amazon were the same but they don't charge tax.... and they ship the next day. A week and a half to get my clubs and bag.... I'll use Amazon from now on. Would have saved over $50. Also, they gave a Memorial Day discount but I noticed that they raised the price on the clubs for that weekend so the discount wasn't really anything but getting the clubs at their regular price. If a store does this sort of 'baiting' then I don't trust them....and if they charge tax when I can get them elsewhere for no tax, then that tells me something, also. "

Poor shipping and no customer service

"My order took 12 days to arrive. I emailed customer service twice and they never replied. I will never do business with this company again. I am looking elsewhere for clubs and accessories. First experience was horrible. "

"Wife brought me a set of new clubs, went to but Fairway wood and Hybrid to match, advertising on price but went to check out and totally a different price, was told it was a " computer glitch on the storefront" ... Will be returning new clubs and shopping other sites... Thanks"

Worst customer service

"I should really say there is no customer service at all. I bought a number of items during Christmas time, all the items was said "60 day guaranty" and to be shipped in 2 days. It took 2 weeks to arrive and one of the item price dropped from $430 to $350 as I received. I called them numerous times but never once were answered. Left several voice messages, wrote emails again and again, no response whatsoever.
Simply say, anything you buy from RBG, you run your own risk, do not expect hear anything from them ever again. Worst on line business I have ever used.

Minimalist refund policy

"Bought 13 grips. Had install issues with two right from the start. Been putting on grips for decades so expected a full refund. First the CSR called me a liar. Then they gave me back half the purchase price. Never again, they ****."
