"I ordered 4 things from this site. It took 1 month to get 3 of them. Nothing was what it looked like online. A beautiful sweater on the website came in the same general shape but was made of a cheap sweatshirt material and was white instead of gray. One sweater which was black and to the knees on the website came tiny and to the waist. The grey shirt was fine, a little small, but immediately started stringing. When I wrote to them to return things and cancel the 4th item because I knew it would be cheap and not what they showed on the website they did not respond to me until it finally arrived 7 weeks after I ordered it and was way too small.
Their return policy is as follows:
1- Could you please tell us what size you ordered?
2- Could you please send pictures based on the instructions given in the warranty link?
Please offer us the picture of the item with SKU and the measurement picture in bust, sleeve length, shoulder length and length. If the measurement does not match the size chart, we will provide the compensation accordingly.
Ideally, the photos should be clear and focused, under good lighting conditions, and taken at close and medium distance.
Please keep the attachment below 2MB and use any of these formats gif, jpg, png, bmp, doc, xls, txt, rar, ppt, pdf.

"I placed an order back in October and received defective items. I have placed several support tickets and replies and it typically takes a week to get a response back from them. I still have yet to have the returns resolved and credit put back on my account. I feel as though they are making this a pain to do a return and are hoping that I will just forget about it. Unfortunately they are giving me the run around when they could have just simply provided all the return information on the website rather than waiting for the 5 replies and still not having all the information. I finally got the address to ship the items back to but have no idea what the RMA form is they are talking about. Why couldn't they just include this instead of now waiting for yet another reply in the support ticket. For all the time this is taking they should just simply give me my credit back on my credit card so I can be done with the hassle. All 3 items I am trying to return are defective (as stated on my tickets).
On the other hand, I did order 2 other items from this site and love them. That is the only reason I gave a 2 star rating."
