"Do not buy from this company! I ordered an item using my paypal account. As soon as it went through and I saw the confirmation email I realized that my paypal had my old address. I contacted RoseGal 1 minute after my purchase to change the address to my current address and they would not help me. This is the response I got:

I normally wear a size 6, sometimes a 4 (depending on the company). I looked at the sizing chart and I trusted my instincts to order the dress. "Ordered two "coats". Received one of the items today and it is a cheaply made sweatshirt that does not at ALL resemble the picture used to describe the item on this site. The other "coat" I ordered was simply not included in the shipment. I have placed a dispute claim with paypal and opened a ticket with Rosegal customer service, although i would be surprised to get any resolution based on the reviews I've now read. I would like a full refund. This site uses fraudulent advertising by sending you items that are completely different than what is depicted. This is my second such encounter with this company, first time i ordered 3 dresses and all were not at all as advertised. The problem is that they make the refund process complicated (on purpose no doubt) and being responsible to for the refund shipment to China makes it even worth it to cover the return. No doubt this is a SCAM. Buyer beware"

It fit perfectly and I got compliments on it all day long...I love it! I ordered a skirt after having success with the dress and it was great quality and also a great fit. I wear a medium in US sizes and ordered the same from this site. I had a question for customer service and they replied to me within 24 hours. Shipping does take a little while if you are in the US, but for free shipping, low prices, and cute dress clothes for work, I am happy to wait.
