"On the pictures everything looks so nice and prices are like a dream, but reality is a nightmare.
I was waiting 2 months for my parcel and then such a disappointment!! Their 'ONE SIZE, fits to XS to M', was meant probably in midget world. I felt cheated and like an idiot, believing in their services. Models on the pictures must be also midget sizes because on them items look pretty normal, but what I received was a joke. I am European size 36-38/UK size 10-12/US size 8-10, rarely one size more, really depends on mark and maker, so I was sure that clothes will fit me.
I was going to overlook terrible quality, because, being realistic, what can I expect for this price? Customer service was polite and fast, but when they suggested me to keep the small clothes and pay 85% of price for a new correct sizes, instead of shipping them costly back, I gave up and just joined other disappointed here, and trying to warn new victims."

"Unless you are a size 0, do not order from these people. In spite of ordering clothing in 2x or 3x which were options for the blouses I ordered... they shipped items with the size tags cut out and the blouses would only fit a size 0 person. I only spent $20 and it would cost more than that to ship them back, so I'm gifting them to a friend with a size 0 daughter.
Quality seemed to be ok. Shipping took forever as it came from The Netherlands.

Their customer service noticed this review and reached out to me with a full refund. I must say that was an unexpected surprise. I have amended this review to reflect the great customer service. If you order from this company, just be aware that the sizes run MUCH smaller than typical US sizes."

"Do not order clothing form these clowns! I placed two orders. The first a jacket in size small, it just barely fit, I'm a US size 6. I thought the medium would fit just right, so I placed my second order of 3 jackets and a tunic. They shipped 2 jackets and said the other was back ordered. All items were smaller than the first jacket I ordered. You have to be a size zero to fit into the mediums they sent. I requested the third jacket be sent in a larger size and the sent a medium anyway. It's a size zero also. They refused to give me any help, they insisted I return them at my expense which would have cost over $60, I paid $80 for the order! Then they offered me $20 to keep the order. I told them I would never order from them ever again and would go out of my way to spread the word on the internet to never buy anything from them because they have inconsistent sizing, and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The quality of the goods was mediocre at best, but the prices screamed that anyway. I even sent pictures of the items fitting smaller than the small from my first order. They still refused to do anything! Stay away, listen to the other people with the same experience, you will be taken advantage of as well."
