"I placed my first order with them and it is the same as Sammy Dress. I ordered using Pay Pal and they "Cancelled" my Order BUT took the money from Pay Pal.

I had to contact them and demand my money back from Pay Pal. Something wrong with this Picture because they know Pay Pal does not fool around and will give you your money back if they try and screw you.

Well I did get my money back in a Refund and I will give their Customer Service Credit for getting it in just 2 days and responding right away.

Have not tried to order since then."

"I've unfortunately ordered from this unprofessional retail business, Rose Wholesale with excitement, not knowing any better and not reading any reviews.

My order were gifts for my daughter's bday who goes to college out of town. I ordered a month before her birthday and in the order it said I would expect the shipment within a week. My daughter's birthday passed a week ago and she left back to college without these gifts.

I've sent four emails and get short messages that don't make much sense, saying that it's out of stock, but it will be shipping. I've also left a voice mail and when calling it sounds like a voice mail from a house, not a business. No one has ever returned my call. In the email messages, they keep giving false dates that have already passed on when I can expect the shipment.

I still have not received anything and it's been a month.

I've only read negative reviews now that I'm waiting on my order. Everyone has similar stories and some customers never received their items.

Something needs to be done to shut Rose Wholesale completely down and to stop scamming shoppers!
