"My husband bought some clothes from rosewe for me for Christmas. They never came. Mid January he started emailing the company asking where the order was. They never replied. After several emails and no response he filed a compliant through PayPal, and we finally got a refund at the end of January. Rosewe has a policy on their website that if the clothes arrive 15 days later than promised they’re 50% off, and later than 30 days is 100% off. So I emailed asking for my order at 100% discount, like their policy states, and got lots of nonsense emails, then finally they told me I was crazy.
It doesn’t seem crazy to me to want a company to uphold their policy. Do not buy clothes here! "

"I ordered about $200 worth of clothing and was very excited to receive my order. First, it took FOREVER for my package to arrive, and when it finally did, the quality of the clothing was subpar - honestly, I don't know anyone who would wear clothes made of such disgusting materials with such bad stiching - but more importantly, the sizes were all completely off! I normally wear s/m, but ordered l, just in case, and when I received the clothes, they were so small they would have barely fit a small 5-year-old, let alone an adult.

When I contacted their so called customer service to return the order, they told me that they wouldn't accept a return because the shipping costs would be too high, and if I recall, after a long exchange, they finally offered me ~$50 as a refund for the $200 order. I was so beside myself that I couldn't even deal with it, and actually forgot about the whole thing until I just cleaned my old emails and found the invoice.

Don't EVER waste your money on ordering anything from this company (if it even exists anymore) because it's the biggest scam out there. The old saying "if it looks too good to be true, it is" definitely applies here. Terrible clothes, terrible "customer service", terrible company, terrible experience. Run the other way!!"

"This company is SUCH a scam! Some of the items I ordered fit according to their size charts and others did not. They were also horrible quality, but I digress. When I attempted to return them, they said it would be too expensive to return, so they would just discount the items, but they only offered 20% off! I declined and they said I could pay the shipping back, but would still only receive 60% back from the original purchase price once they received the items. So much for their advertised free shipping on returns! It has been over 2 months and I am still attempting to get this resolved because they also lied to my credit card company and said I refused to return the items. Don't waste your time and money. "This company is a total scam. Please search a bit more on the internet and you will find tons of bad reviews. If you look carefully at the good reviews on this site, you will see grammatical mistakes in each of them leading me to believe they are written by someone who works at the company in China as the grammatical mistakes match those of the emails I have gotten when trying to return my poorly fitting item. They do not accept returns without making you pay for it to be mailed back to China and then taking a large percentage of the original payment. It is a shameful scam they are operating and I wish I did my research before making a purchase. DO NOT BUY THESE CLOTHES! You will regret it."
